TabTrade - What It Is
TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.
That last detail matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But better than someone with no brokerage experience.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For a broker that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.
Platforms
Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural after comparing.
FIX API is offered for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be coming. That will make the platform set when it lands.
Costs
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.
Execution Speed
The execution is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. The point is the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.
Combine that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
Regulation
Here is the thing that matters. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before you commit.
